Livelihood Programs & Business Training
We work to collaborate with a network of talented educators and mentors that can help others develop their skills and abilities. This provides opportunities and income for families and allows them to pass on these skills to their children. This is vital in breaking the cycle of disunity, poverty, crime, and debt bondage.
Livelihood Programs
We work with missionaries, pastors and humanitarian organizations that are established in these areas so we can provide a relevant and successful program. We work to create trainings that are applicable to the economic situation in that region and can help generate income.
In the Philippines, we are developing driving classes and rug making classes which can train those living in poverty with a skill that can be used to generate income for their families.
Business Training
The basics - Many individuals have unique or innovative ideas, skills and abilities. They may not have the business training needed to profit from these ideas. We provide basic business training teaching locals how to assess current economic situations, markets, profitability and business models.
Starting a business - After we provide basic business training we speak with individuals that are interested in starting their own business. We can help assess their plan and provide them with advice, strategy and in some cases provide start up costs either through OneEarth or partners that specialize in micro-finance.
